What we found in Andover
In October 2026 we looked up 102 Andover businesses on Google Maps. The biggest groups were salons (15), nail salons (11) and yoga studios (9).
12 had no website on their Google listing at all. Someone searching on a phone gets a phone number and not much else. That is less than the 23% we saw across all 34 towns we checked.
44 of the working sites belonged to appointment businesses (salons, gyms and martial arts schools). 5 of them had no way to book online, so every appointment means a phone call during business hours.

Chains and medical offices are left out. A "dead" link means the website on the Google listing didn't load, showed an error or showed a parked page when we opened it. We don't name anyone, and the numbers are a snapshot.
