Who we are

Ready-made products

Each product page lists what's included and the price. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account or by calling us; service continues to the end of the period you paid for.

Setup fees and refunds

Setup fees cover work we start right away, including registering your domain, which can't be undone. If we can't deliver what the product page describes, we'll fix it or refund the setup fee. Domain registration costs are not refundable once the domain is registered.

Your domain and content

Domains we register for you are registered in your name and are yours. Your text, photos and logo stay yours. You give us permission to use them to build and run your product.

Websites and edits

Edits you request through your account are made by software and shown to you before they go live. You're responsible for what you publish. We may decline edits that are unlawful or harmful.

AI features

Some products use AI to write text or answer questions using information you provide and what's on your website. AI can make mistakes; review what it writes, and tell us if something's wrong.

Custom work

Custom projects are covered by the written quote or agreement for that project.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If a monthly payment fails, Stripe retries; if it keeps failing, the product may be paused.

Limits

We work hard to keep everything running, but we can't promise it will never go down. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

If we change these terms we'll update this page and, for material changes, email customers first.
